33 weeks and The Boys

I thought I'd give the pregnancy a mention since time is fast approaching. I have less than 7 weeks until I have this baby and I am so excited to have her. I got butterflies in my stomach this morning after seeing a commercial the hospital I am delivering at. It showed a mother with her newly born baby in her arms. I realized that soon we are bringing a new baby home. Mostly I've just been excited to be done with pregnancy.

As long as they read the sonogram correct and she is a girl, at this point the name we've settled on is Anna Rose, Rose being the middle name which is also one of my middle names.

Not only is the pregnancy preparing me for our newborn but the boys are too. They are sick for the second time in a month and wake up during the night. If one wakes up so does the other one. Our solution is for Tim to take one boy and I take the other one and we go back to bed with them. They are liking this a little too much and soon we are going to have to break them of this habit. At night I get little sleep.

I got a call from the doctor saying I am anemic. With the little sleep at night and anemia and pregnancy I am tired all the time. I do get to take a nap each day while the boys nap, something I am taking advantage of before the baby comes. I also had to do a 3-hour glucose monitoring test having failed the first glucose test. I was nervous for a week thinking I might have Gestational Diabetes. I got to fast from 8pm the night before to until the test was done the next day which was at 4pm, I was a little jittery by the time it was done. A few days later I found out that I'm not diabetic which was the best news all week.

The boys are still so precious. Asher says words all the time and tries to sound out every word he can. He loves pointing to Isaac and saying Isaac's name. Isaac lets Asher push him around. Asher is always bugging Isaac but is a good sport. Asher tries to get him to play with him and sometimes Isaac ignores him and sometimes they play together. They are so different in looks and personality that I really hope they are not only brothers, but friends throughout their lives.

I tried to take a picture of them in matching outfits, they just don't sit still long enough for good pictures. I don't have a lot of matchy outfits but they look so cute matching. When I'm out with them I get a lot more attention when they match. I'm the type of person that avoids attention so there's another reason I don't dress them alike most of the time. Whereas when they aren't dressed alike I get comments like "They aren't twins, are they?".

Isn't Asher's smile beautiful? I was going through the blog and saw the picture of Asher's vampire teeth. I thought it was worth posting again. Too cute.

Ahhhhh.... I'm so excited!!!. I can get her little bath towel done. Now I know why you told me to check the blog... I'm so excited for you. I've almost been tempted to get Nessie Embroidered on the towel too. I guess if she is born on Halloween I will.
