We had a pretty heavy rainstorm last week which woke Isaac up from his nap. He didn't really know what was going on so I opened the blinds so he could see. Asher then woke up and we put them both in the window. Isaac's favorite past time is looking out the window now.

The other day we went to Red Robin. The waitress wasn't overly friendly but Asher was! At the end of the meal she was standing by Asher and he turned around in the highchair that he wasn't strapped into. The waitress felt something tugging on her apron, it was Asher trying to get her attention. She smiled at him and took his hand away. That wasn't good enough. Asher then stood up in the highchair, raised his arms as far as they would go and made some noises to let her know he wanted her to hold him. How could that not warm your heart? She laughed and picked him up. I apologized and she said she understood and had kids too. Asher is our friendly baby while Isaac looks at everyone with suspicion out of the corner of his eyes. It's fun to be raising two completely different babies at the same time.
