We actually had a sort of birthday party for them with their cousins, Aunt and Uncle on Thanksgiving, putting candles on a pie and singing to them and opening presents. The next day we took them to the indoor water park as a birthday present and then we got them a cake on Tuesday, their birthday. Their birthday celebration lasted almost a week. Lucky boys! What's a birthday without crying? I can't remember why Isaac is crying in this picture but this is his the pouty-face he puts on when his feeling are hurt. I think he tried to grab the candle flame and he shouted at him to stop just as he was grabbing for it and his feelings were hurt. We sung to Isaac, since he was born first, and re-lit the candles for Asher. Asher's expression is saying, is it my turn yet?

Very lucky boys! And very cute, sweet boys! Happy Birthday Isaac and Asher! I'm glad Rilyn has such nice boys as friends.
